Brussel sprouts are known for many things but mostly for the benefits they provide in our everyday lives. The cruciferous vegetable helps improve bone, eye and skin health and even prevent cancer. Vitamin C, K and sulforaphane. All of these are extremely important for our bodies. Other than the fact brussels sprouts have a smell, they taste delicious especially when seasoned well.
